HOA and builder perimeters are the volume work: 5,000-plus linear feet stained for associations, developers, and commercial clients. Named jobs include the Ryan Homes perimeter, Indigo Pointe, and Reidville Town Center. We carry liability insurance and can send a COI before a crew shows up.
Large runs get a written price per job or per phase after we walk them. For new construction, see pre-staining.
