The same terms that were on our previous site, written so you can actually read them.

Privacy

Information you give us through forms or this website is used to quote, consult, and update you on your project. We do not sell, share, or disclose personal information to third parties. Questions: contact@superiorstainsolutions.com or 864-800-8275. This applies to marketing campaigns and every interaction on and off this site.

Customer responsibilities

Provide a safe work area. Keep pets and children away. Provide electricity and water. Tell us about hazards. Remove property blocking the fence. For fence access we need at least 36 inches of clearance, clear of vegetation and objects. You notify adjacent owners and get any permission required.

Insurance

We carry liability insurance. Certificate of insurance is available on request.

Touch-ups

Notify us within 7 days of completion. Reasonable touch-ups (missed areas, inconsistent stain, issues in the original scope) are free. We decide what is reasonable. After 7 days, further adjustments may be billed. Misuse, alterations, or damage after we leave is not covered.

Warranty

12-month limited workmanship warranty from completion. It covers defects in workmanship, not normal wear, misuse, neglect, accidents, poor customer maintenance, or natural weathering. Claims in writing during the warranty period. We inspect, and if it is covered we repair or replace at no extra cost. If the stain or paint brand offers a warranty, you register it. We do not cover or register outside warranties.

Site protection

We take reasonable precautions. You remove or protect personal items and landscaping that could be affected. We are not liable for items left in the way.

Service agreement

Accepting a quote from Superior Stain Solutions LLC makes that quotation a binding contract. You are responsible for the accuracy of descriptions, quantities, and specs in the quote. Changes after signing may require a new price and can delay the schedule.

Unforeseen site conditions get a change order, or we tell you if the work cannot be completed. Weather and other events beyond our control can delay start. You are responsible for HOA or local stain-color rules. Materials deposit is due no closer than one week before the project date unless we agree otherwise, and is non-refundable.

Cancel after acceptance: $250 fee. Cancel within 48 hours of start: you cover contract costs and goods already purchased. Once product is on your property it is yours. Leftover material stays ours unless the invoice says otherwise. Invoices are firm for 30 days. Unpaid invoices may lead to a lien and collection. Venue is Spartanburg County, South Carolina.

Full numbered terms from our prior agreement remain in force when you accept a quote. Ask if you want them emailed before you sign.
