Estimates are free and there is no obligation attached. That is not a marketing line, it is how a local staining company has to work: we would rather look at ten fences and win seven jobs than charge for quotes and talk to nobody. Here is exactly how the process runs, start to finish, so there are no surprises on either side.

Three ways to start. Send the estimate form on this site, or call or text 864-800-8275. A quick honesty note on the online estimator you may have heard about: it is being rebuilt and is not live on this site yet. When it ships it will use the same math we use in the yard, including a wash when the wood is greyed. Until then the form and the phone are the fast lane, and they are fast.

What makes a quote fast: photos. An overall shot of the fence or deck, one close-up of the worst boards, your town, and a rough length and height if you know them. Tell us one side or both on a fence, and whether there is a spigot and an outlet anywhere near the work. With that, most quotes do not need a site visit to get moving, and the ones that do get scheduled instead of stalled.

Response time: we typically reply within one business day, often the same day. You get a real person (Adrian owns the company, and Mike is the stainer customers mention by name in reviews), not a call center reading a script. If your job needs an in-person look, we set that up instead of guessing from a thumbnail.

The quote itself is flat-rate: one firm number, written scope, no hourly billing, no surprise add-ons when the work is done. It includes the prep the wood actually needs, which on aged or greyed wood means a wash is in the price. The quote you sign is the price you pay. If something hidden turns up mid-job, we talk before we touch it.

After you accept: we schedule around weather and our calendar, and a deposit covering non-refundable materials is due at least a week before the project date. The balance is charged on completion and your satisfaction, not before. Most projects run 1 to 3 days. A standard fence under 400 linear feet, a small deck, or a small pergola is often a one-day job. Weather can move dates, and we would rather move a job than stain into a storm.

A few things we ask from you, because they keep the job smooth: a safe work area, pets and kids clear of the work zone, access to water and electricity where possible, a heads-up on any hazards, and anything leaning on the fence moved back. No power on site is fine, it just adds about a $100 generator fee, and we would rather know before the truck rolls.

Every job is backed the same way: we are licensed (RBS 66117) and insured, the work carries a 12-month workmanship warranty, and the stain and paint manufacturers warranty their products up to 3 years when you register after the job. If something in our workmanship needs a touch-up, tell us within 7 days of completion and reasonable touch-ups are free.

Ready when you are. Call or text 864-800-8275 or send the form with a couple of photos. We serve Greenville, Spartanburg, Greer, Duncan, Reidville, Lyman, Simpsonville, Mauldin, and the towns between, and the estimate costs you nothing but a few minutes.
